SOMME 343 CLOSER WITH 7-PISTON FILLER

SOMME 343

SOMME 343 Automatic Capper with 7-Piston Filling Unit

SOMME 343 automatic capper equipped with a 7-piston filling unit, designed to integrate the dispensing, filling, and capping operations of containers within an automated food production line.

The system combines a volumetric filling system with 7 pistons and an SOMME 343 automatic capper, enabling continuous dispensing of the product and subsequent closing of the container.

The piston filling technology is particularly suitable for products that require controlled volumetric dispensing, including liquid, semi-liquid, and viscous products, depending on the installed configuration.

MAIN FEATURES

-Capper manufacturer: SOMME
-Model: 343
-Type: Combined filling and capping line
-Filling unit: 7 pistons
-Volumetric filling system
-Simultaneous dispensing using multiple pistons
-Automatic capping of containers
-Continuous industrial operation
-Automatic feeding and positioning of containers
-Integrated transport system
-Automatic transfer between filling and capping
-Robust industrial construction
-Designed for automated production
-Integrable into complete packaging lines

PROCESS

The containers are automatically fed to the 7-piston filling unit, where they are positioned to receive a controlled amount of product.

The volumetric system performs the dispensing, and once the filling is complete, the containers are automatically transferred to the SOMME 343 capper, where the capping operation is performed before continuing to the next stage of production.

Combining both operations in a single line allows for a continuous flow between filling and capping, reducing intermediate handling of the container.

It can be integrated with:

Product feeding systems
Container feeders
Cap feeders
Conveyors
Weight checkers
Inspection systems
Pasteurizers and autoclaves
Container washers
Labeling and coding machines
End-of-line equipment
