OUR ACTIVITIES - INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONS AIMED AT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY

The history of our company began about 20 years ago on the basis of the laboratory of unconventional materials processing technologies of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology, Machine Tools and Tools of the Sumy State University. The first our activity was the introduction of processing technologies on CNC machines. We modernized the laboratory equipment with modern, at that time, WL4M CNC systems, and implemented projects for the introduction of carbide tools with mechanical fastening of plates at the companies of the Sumy region on CNC machines, developed and implemented technologies for processing parts made of difficult-to-machine materials. We have found a solution to several dozen non-standard tasks for various companies, including “Sumy NPO” JSC, JSC "NASOSENERGOMASH SUMY", «TRIZ» LTD, THE STATE ENTERPRISE «SHOSTKA STATE PLANT «IMPULSE», LLC" Research and Production Firm «Grace-Engineering» and others. We are actively engaging students of various specialties; we have trained more than a hundred highly qualified specialists who have proved them to be qualified designers, technologists-programmers of CNC machines and operators of CNC machines.

In 2011, we formed as a separate company and focused on the supply of custom technologies, including the selection and supply of equipment, equipment commissioning, tooling, process development, operator training, technologist training, and repair service specialists training.

Realizing that often company management does not understand all the benefits of using CNC equipment, we focused on the supply of second-hand metalworking equipment as "first sample" equipment. We have successfully implemented the projects for the following companies: “SNT” LLC, “Ukrneftezapchast” LLC, “MZTK” LLC, PJSC "Romny factory "Tractorozapchast", “Ruslan-Komplekt” LLC, "Magister" LLC, “NasosPromServis” LLC, Research and Production Firm “Grace-Engineering”, "Mashdetal" LLC and others. A service and repair service at the CTI is one of the components of the success of these projects is the organization and development which ensures the maintenance of the operability of the supplied used equipment during operation.

For customers who want to improve the quality characteristics of existing equipment, we carry out the modernization of used equipment, which includes updating the electronic and electrical control systems, incl. replacement of the CNC system with a new, modern one.

After 2014, the labor market in Ukraine has significantly reduced the supply of operators of CNC machines. And because of that the automation of production and the introduction of robots into production processes have become up to date, and our company has begun to develop this direction. Since 2016, we have implemented more than 20 robotic sites for loading / unloading parts on CNC machines and welding. In particular, 4 welding machines designed and manufactured by us for the assembly of hydraulic cylinders have been successfully operating at the “Profmash” PE, Melitopol since 2019.

Besides, we continue to train operators of CNC machines, focusing on the development of practical skills in working with CNC machine tools.
